We're recruiting a Senior Digital Account Manager for an established Brisbane digital group that's been doing great work for more than 20 years.
They're stable. Well run. Commercially successful.

Most importantly, good people tend to stay.

This is an agency for someone who's reached the point in their career where who you work with, what you earn and what your life looks like outside work matter just as much as the next job title.

You'll manage a portfolio of established clients, including some significant long-term accounts, helping them get better results across:

- SEO
- Google Ads / Paid Search
- Meta / Paid Social
- CRO
- Websites & digital projects
- Broader digital strategy

You'll have experienced specialists around you doing the execution.
Your value is in the client relationship.

Understanding their business. Asking valuable questions. Translating digital into something commercially meaningful. Retaining great clients and identifying opportunities to grow their accounts.

The money is good too. There's base salary + an established commission structure that actually rewards good account management.

The strongest performers can earn around 20% additional.

Not because they're smashing clients with unnecessary upsells — because they're retaining accounts,



finding genuine growth opportunities and managing their portfolio well.

You'll have hybrid working, significant flexibility around your week and substantially more personal time than you'd expect from a full-time agency career.

You're commercially minded, organised and excellent with clients.
You understand enough about SEO, paid media, social, CRO and web to confidently lead conversations without pretending you're the specialist executing everything.

And you're probably looking for somewhere you can actually stay.
One important point. If your primary goal is to climb a corporate ladder as quickly as humanly possible, collect increasingly elaborate titles and manage enormous teams, this probably isn't the job.
