About the Role

As a Guest Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is seamless from arrival to departure. You’ll handle check-ins and check-outs, respond to enquiries, assist with reservations, and share your knowledge of Perth to enhance each guest’s stay. This is a varied role that also includes reception administration, night auditing and supporting the team with events and promotions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalised service to every guest

• Manage reservations, calls and guest requests with efficiency

• Assist with guest luggage and maintain reception presentation

• Promote the property and its facilities to prospective guests





• Accurately manage guest accounts and daily reconciliations

• Follow security and safety protocols, including overnight procedures

About You

• Previous experience in front office, reception, or guest services (hospitality experience highly regarded)

• Warm, professional communication style and strong problem-solving skills

• Organised, proactive and a team player

• Flexible with availability (rostered shifts including weekends and nights)

• Familiarity with RMS or similar booking systems is an advantage
