Elite Body Contouring, Australia’s largest Non-Surgical Body Contouring Clinic, is looking for a bubbly, polished and client-focused Front of House / Receptionist to join our team at Westfield Marion.

This is more than a traditional reception role. You’ll be an important part of our clients’ experience while working closely with our therapists to keep the clinic organised, beautifully presented and running smoothly throughout the day.

The Opportunity

As our Front of House team member, you’ll be one of the first people our clients meet and an important part of creating the experience we’re known for.

You’ll work alongside our therapists to ensure every client journey runs seamlessly — from the initial phone call and warm welcome through to treatment room preparation and checkout.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Warmly welcoming clients and creating a positive first impression





- Managing client check-ins and check-outs

- Scheduling and managing client appointments

- Answering incoming calls and assisting with client enquiries

- Supporting our therapists with the daily flow of appointments

- Resetting and preparing treatment rooms between clients

- Restocking treatment rooms and ensuring therapists have everything they need

- Providing administrative support for the day-to-day running of the clinic

- Maintaining an exceptionally clean, organised and beautifully presented clinic environment

- Helping the team wherever needed during busy periods

- Ensuring every client receives an outstanding experience at every touchpoint

- Values building genuine relationships with clients and colleagues

- Is interested in the beauty, skin, wellness or aesthetics industry

Previous reception, hospitality, beauty or customer service experience is highly regarded. However, attitude, initiative and the ability to connect with people are just as important to us.
