Volunteer's Responsibility:
* Facilitate English conversation sessions for students from CALD backgrounds
* Develop and implement engaging, activities and discussions that focus on building vocabulary, pronunciation and fluency
* Tailor content and conversation topics to reflect the cultural backgrounds, interests, and language proficiency levels of the students
* Foster a positive, inclusive workplace that encourages participation and builds confidence
* Prepare and implement discussions that make learning enjoyable and relevant to all participants
