Role & Responsibilities
- Perform high-standard commercial cleaning across office spaces, common areas, and facilities.
- Conduct general yard maintenance to keep external grounds pristine.
- Operate equipment safely for outdoor care, including mowing and whipper snipping.
- Utilize pressure cleaners to wash down pathways, driveways, and building exteriors.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven professional cleaning and grounds maintenance experience is essential.
