A funds management division, offering unlisted retail investment opportunities with direct exposure to residential land subdivision projects and a development division that identifies, acquires and develops englobo land parcels into residential communities across QLD, Vic, NSW and WA.

The opportunity:

CFMG Capital opened a Perth office in May 2025 and through our partnerships with local consultants we are expanding our development business through land acquisition and project delivery in growth areas of the greater Perth region.

We are looking for either an entry level Development Cadet, or an Assistant Development Manager with 1-2 years’ experience who will have the opportunity to be part of the expansion of the business,



with the ability to be part of new developments from identification & assessment through to acquisition & delivery - giving a rare opportunity to learn the full development process through real world on the job experience.

Town Planning and/or Valuation experience or qualifications will be highly regarded.

The office is located on Hay St, Subiaco and there is currently just one CFMG Capital employee based in Perth who has a stronger focus on the finance and investment arm of the business. You will have local mentors through consultants, as well as regular visits from key executives based in the Brisbane Head Office.

This is a fantastic ground level prospect to be across the full spectrum of funds management & property development in a real-world setting.
