They are working on some of very AI projects in Australia building out AI Factories and embedding AI across their clients and now seek an AI Services Sales Executive to join one of their AI Teams.

AI Services Sales Consultant

The AI Services Sales Consultant is the consulting pre-sales partner working alongside an AI Solutions Executive and AI Solutions Architect. This role is responsible for identifying client business challenges and positioning consulting engagements across a broad range of AI go-to-market offerings. You’ll lead early-stage discovery and qualification, working closely with Services Delivery Solution Architects to shape solutions that address the customer’s priorities and deliver measurable business outcomes.

The opportunity is particularly important as organisations move beyond AI experimentation and look to turn investment into real-world value. Customers increasingly need to demonstrate compelling use cases, establish data readiness and build the capability to operationalise AI at scale.

As an AI Services Consultant, you’ll position services that take customers from initial exploration through to production. This includes high-growth offerings such as Workforce AI and AI Native Engineering, including coding-assistant solutions.You’ll develop trusted-advisor relationships with senior IT and business stakeholders, build and manage a solid services pipeline, and take ownership of opportunities through complex sales cycles. It’s a high-impact consulting sales role at the intersection of AI, business transformation and technology.

What You'll Do





- Lead AI services discovery and sales across AI Factory, AI Foundations, Workforce AI and AI Native Engineering.
- Identify and scope consulting opportunities including assessments, workshops, pilots, roadmaps, AI labs, security, data readiness and AI adoption.
- Partner with AI sales and solution architecture teams to attach services to AI infrastructure opportunities and build multi-phase transformation programs.
- Build compelling business cases using TCO, ROI and consumption models to demonstrate the commercial value of AI investments.
- Own the services pipeline and customer journey, acting as a trusted AI advisor from initial discovery through to delivery and expansion.

Required Qualifications

- 10+ years’ experience in technology consulting, services sales or practice leadership within a consultancy, SI or solutions provider.
- Proven track record winning complex services deals, ideally $1M+ TCV with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Strong executive presence, with the ability to engage C-suite and senior business/IT leaders around AI strategy, business outcomes and investment decisions.
- Hands-on experience selling AI, data, analytics or cloud consulting, including scoping engagements, building proposals and understanding services economics.
- Strong understanding of enterprise AI, including data readiness, governance, security, workforce AI and AI-native engineering/coding assistants, with the ability to translate these into practical consulting engagements.
