An opportunity now exists for an experienced Industrial Relations leader to play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's national workplace relations strategy. About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Workplace Relations, this is a genuine leadership opportunity responsible for developing and executing the organisation's national industrial relations strategy. Leading a team of experienced IR professionals, you will work closely with senior executives, operational leaders and external stakeholders to deliver commercially focused workplace relations outcomes across a complex national business. A key initial priority will be developing the industrial relations strategy associated with the integration of Enterprise Agreements following a recent acquisition, while continuing to drive enterprise bargaining, organisational change initiatives and the resolution of complex industrial matters. Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing the national industrial relations strategy. Leading enterprise bargaining and complex union negotiations. Providing strategic advice to executives on high-risk workplace relations issues. Leading a team of experienced Industrial Relations professionals. Developing workplace relations strategies to support major organisational change initiatives.



Managing complex industrial disputes and Fair Work Commission matters. Building strong relationships with unions, operational leaders and external stakeholders. Driving consistency, governance and continuous improvement across industrial relations practices nationally. About You

To be successful, you will bring: Significant experience leading industrial and employee relations functions within a large, unionised organisation. Extensive enterprise bargaining and industrial strategy experience. A strong track record managing complex industrial disputes and organisational change. Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills. Previous leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams. Solid commercial acumen and the ability to balance legal, operational and business outcomes. Ideally, a legal qualification or equivalent senior industrial relations experience. Why Apply?
