You Will
- Provide exceptional customer service and always be willing to go the extra mile to make your customers feel empowered and confident with their purchase
- Work as a team to drive sales, smash KPIs and celebrate success
- Style with confidence to help customers find the perfect fit and deliver a personalised experience
- Ensure store standards and stock presentation are always upheld, supporting with new deliveries, stock replenishment and maintaining store presentation
- Bring out collections to life through visual merchandising, keeping displays fresh and inviting
You Have
- You have worked in fashion retail or customer service before (not essential, we can teach you the rest!)
- You bring a proactive, can‑do attitude and love learning current skills
- You are a natural communicator who knows how to connect, build rapport and make customers feel amazing
- You thrive in a team environment and bring positivity to every shift
- You have a love for the beach, holidays and everything summer
