- Coaching and Mentoring from our trades qualified teams as well as engineers.

- 5 day working week with 1 of these days a paid TAFE day.

- Overtime and weekend work available as well as mandated and accrued additional paid time off (RDO)

- ISO 45001 OH&S; certified and compliant working environment, policies and procedures

- Uniforms and tools are supplied after successful completion of probation.

- Above award wages are on offer through our Enterprise Agreement designed specifically for the benefit of Tyree employees.

About You:

- Boilermakers/Industrial Painting - Completion of Year 10 High School with a good attendance record and commitment to subjects.

- Mechanically minded, organised, and high attention to detail.

- Committed to attending and applying yourself at Tafe as well as work, following policies and procedures.

- Driver’s license is essential in some roles but highly recommended.

- Willing to undertake pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening.

- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with the right to work in Australia.
