Supported by VicScreen, Princess Bento is excited to offer a two-day upskilling bootcamp for production professionals. This bootcamp will offer an introduction to the 2D animation pipeline, allowing production professionals the relevant tools to confidently move into the industry.

We're looking for experienced production professionals from adjacent industries, such as live action, VFX and 3D animation. If you have production department experience in one of these fields, and you are interested in a career in 2D animation, we'd love to hear from you.

The two-day bootcamp will include:

- An introduction to the 2D pipeline and the departments that make up a long form series.
- How Princess Bento specifically approaches production: how we schedule, track, report, and structure our teams.
- A day in the life of a 2D animation production team: what does each role do?
- A brief overview of the software we use and how we use it.




- Some fun production tasks for you to try.

To be considered for this prospect applicants must meet the following criteria:

- Minimum of 6 months residency in Victoria.
- Minimum of 1 year experience within the industry or related fields.
- Some production department experience either within the industry or related fields.
- Be available on to attend onsite on Friday Oct 9th and Friday 16th October 2026.
