MasterKraft designs and fits out gyms for some of Australia and Asia's best-known fitness brands. We're engineered for fitness and run by people who've actually worked gym floors. Now we're looking for someone who knows the fitness world and loves looking after people to be the day-to-day contact for our key accounts.
You might be a group fitness instructor, PT, membership consultant or leisure-centre team member ready to step into a career that keeps you in the industry you love, without the early starts and split shifts. You'll manage client enquiries and orders, liaise with our international teams, support our sales team, and keep our clients delighted from the first call to the final install.
What you'll bring
Experience in the fitness world: instructing, PT, gym or leisure, membership sales, and the like
Customer-service, sales-support or account/admin experience
Great communication and a genuinely people-first attitude
Melbourne-based (north or east is ideal for our clients and office)
