As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving sales performance across your designated territory.
Working closely with leading organisations including Vision Australia, Guide Dogs, and See Differently, you will help connect people who are blind or have low vision with innovative assistive technology solutions that enhance independence, accessibility, and quality of life. This is a highly collaborative role where you'll partner with customers, product specialists, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service, provide tailored solutions, and drive sustainable business growth. this opportunity offers the best of both worlds Key Responsibilities Achieve or exceed territory sales targets
Develop and execute growth strategies across a portfolio of key accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with organisations including Vision Australia, Guide Dogs, See Differently, and other key stakeholders
Respond promptly to customer enquiries and proactively manage customer issues through to resolution
Work closely with Blindness Product Specialists to increase sales through workshops, demonstrations, and presentations
Manage sales opportunities through Dynamics 365 CRM, including: Maintaining accurate customer and activity records
Creating and managing opportunities within the sales pipeline
Preparing quotations and following up on active opportunities Collaborate with Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Manage company demonstration equipment within your territory
Develop and maintain product knowledge across the HumanWare portfolio (comprehensive training provided)
Attend industry events, conferences, and sales meetings as required About You
We're looking for someone who is: A highly motivated and energetic sales professional
Passionate about helping others and making a positive impact
Skilled in building long-term customer relationships An excellent communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and able to work autonomously while contributing to a team-oriented team environment
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Experienced using CRM systems, preferably Dynamics 365
