- Spend your days out on the road - Go visit clients and our Field Employees and ensure they are happy and enjoying the assignment and our services.




- Conduct risk assessments for current clients before Field Employees commence assignment
- Oversee the Incident Management process and liaise with Clients, internal stakeholders, and Field Employees to ensure all incidents are reported, recorded, and investigated correctly
- Demonstrate and drive a genuine commitment to safety through our 'Teaming up for Zero' safety culture
- Help out with the less fun stuff - Data entry, compliance etc - I got bored typing it
