About the business:

We're partnering with a leading digital marketing and SaaS business to recruit passionate Account Mangers, who love building relationships, getting out and about and finding ways to grow their clients.

You'll manage a portfolio of SME clients, meeting with business owners face-to-face, understanding their challenges and helping them find smarter ways to grow through digital marketing and technology.

What you'll be doing:

- Own and grow a portfolio of SME clients;
- Get out in the field and build genuine relationships with business owners;
- Spot opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and grow your accounts;
- Have consultative conversations around digital marketing, SaaS, SEO, websites and social media;
- Take ownership of your territory, pipeline and diary;
- Become a trusted advisor to your clients, not just another salesperson; and
- Hit your targets, celebrate the wins and keep your clients happy.

We're looking for:

- B2B sales or account management experience;
- Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and building relationships;
- A commercial mindset and a natural eye for spotting opportunities;
- Confident communication and consultative selling skills;
- Self-motivated, organised and happy managing your own territory;
- A genuine interest in technology, digital and helping businesses grow; and
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
