As an Accountant, you will be responsible for supporting the financial performance of the business through accurate reporting, reconciliations, cash flow management, and financial analysis. You will work closely with various stakeholders across the organisation and gain exposure to a broad range of accounting responsibilities, including revenue management, intercompany transactions, compliance, forecasting, and month-end reporting.
Key Responsibilities In this role, you will:
- Assist with the preparation of monthly customer invoices
- Manage credit control activities and customer onboarding
- Process credit card transactions and reconciliations
- Prepare intercompany invoices and reconciliations
- Support transfer pricing activities and reporting requirements
- Perform daily bank and cash flow reconciliations for Australia and New Zealand
- Assist with fixed asset processing and monthly BAS preparation
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and monthly journals
- Support month-end reporting and financial analysis
- Assist with revenue, margin, and WIP reconciliations
- Process monthly corporate credit card reconciliations through Concur
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit requirements
- Contribute to accounting process improvements and special projects
- Provide support across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions as required

Essential Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Desirable
- Previous experience using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (BC Dynamics)
- Experience with Concur Expense
- Previous experience in a similar accounting role
