The Role
This is an excellent chance for someone looking to work a broad role with both AP and Administration support duties. Your duties will include:
- Full function AP duties including reviewing and coding invoices, processing payment runs and performing reconciliations
- Managing project costing spreadsheets, purchase order items and employee expenses
- Administration tasks – ordering stationery,
meeting notes, documenting processes and invoice management
- Interacting with multiple stakeholders across the business
Your Background
Our client is looking for a candidate who is organised, reliable, keen to learn and possesses the following attributes:
Experience in full function Accounts Payable and Office Administration duties
Previously used Xero
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to confidently work with different stakeholders
Team-focused attitude and collaborative, positive working style.
Be an autonomous worker who can take ownership and also possess initiative to help the team
Hold permanent working rights in Australia
