Accounts Payable Officer – NDIS Plan Management Baringa, Sunshine Coast | Full-time | $65,000–$70,000 + Super

About the Role The Plan Management People is an established and growing NDIS Plan Management business based on the Sunshine Coast, supporting participants across Australia to manage their NDIS funding with accuracy, transparency and care.

We're seeking a detail-focused Accounts Payable Officer to manage high-volume invoice processing within our structured plan management workflow. This role suits someone who enjoys order, accuracy and process-driven work, and takes pride in getting financial records right the first time.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a key role in making sure participant funding is processed correctly and providers are paid accurately and on time. Day to day, you'll be:

- Reviewing and processing a high volume of NDIS invoices

- Identifying coding errors, discrepancies and compliance issues

- Communicating with providers to resolve invoice corrections

- Maintaining accurate financial and compliance records

- Escalating complex funding issues when required

This is a structured, consistent role where attention to detail genuinely matters.

About You

You'll likely come from an accounts payable or invoice-processing background and thrive in structured environments where accuracy is the priority. A minimum of 1–2 years' AP or invoice-processing experience is required.

We're looking for someone who is:

- Highly detail-oriented

- Comfortable processing large volumes of work efficiently

- Organised and disciplined with workflows

- Confident communicating with providers via email

- Reliable and consistent

Experience in NDIS or disability services is highly regarded but not essential. You must have full working rights in Australia (Australian citizen or permanent resident).
