Your next opportunity: The Accounts Payable Supervisor is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable function, ensuring the timely, accurate and compliant processing of supplier invoices and payment activities across Boral Your day will involve: Leading a team of Accounts Payable Officers in a high-volume setting

Conduct regular performance reviews, development planning and coaching conversations

Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders (internally and externally)

Prepare to be "hands on" to cover gaps in processes

Liaising with suppliers to resolve account reconciliation issues

Driving process improvement within the accounts payable function What we are looking for: 5+ years Accounts Payable experience in a medium to large organisation

Experience in leading an accounts payable processing team desirable

Working knowledge of Oracle or similar ERP platforms

Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes and financial controls

Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills
