Our top tier law firm client is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join its high-performing finance team. This is an excellent chance for an organised and detail-focused accounts receiveable clerk who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will be responsible for:

- Managing end-to-end accounts receivable activities.
- Processing and reconciling a high volume of transactions.
- Investigating unidentified and misallocated payments.
- Maintaining accurate client accounts and supporting month-end reporting.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and clients to resolve queries.
- Assisting with process improvements and broader finance team initiatives.

About you

- Experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.
- Strong reconciliation, investigation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
