About the role You’ll be part of our Aged Care Services team, helping keep things moving behind the scenes so our clients receive the support they need. From answering enquiries and coordinating appointments to keeping records accurate and systems up to date, every day brings something different. You’ll work closely with staff, clients and stakeholders, using your initiative to solve problems, stay on top of competing priorities and make sure the little details don’t get missed.
Most importantly, you’ll bring a positive attitude, strong organisation skills and a genuine interest in helping others. About you If you’re the kind of person who likes keeping things organised, helping people and knowing your work makes a difference, this could be the role for you. You’ll be comfortable juggling different priorities, picking up new systems and communicating with a wide range of people.Your key experience will include:
Previous experience in an administration role, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience with the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and Support at Home is highly desirable
Confident written and verbal communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office,
with the ability to quickly learn new systems and platforms A Certificate II in Administration or a relevant field is desirable
Current Driver’s Licence
