The Future Generation Joint Venture brings together the combined engineering experience and expertise of WeBuild, Clough and Lane and has been selected to design construct Snowy 2.0. This project is based within the Snowy Mountains in NSW and will deliver one of the largest pumped hydro schemes in the world. Snowy 2.0 is the next chapter in the Snowy Scheme's history.
It is the largest committed renewable energy project in Australia and will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come.

Purpose of the Role: Provide administration support to the team for the day-to-day operation of the Commercial Department.
Qualifications: Cert III In Business Administration – Preferred but not essential
White Card Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally in a construction environment
Previous administration experience, including use of office equipment, such as; scanners, photocopiers and printers etc.

Exceptional knowledge and ability in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Provide clerical and administrative assistance to the relevant Commercial team including flow of correspondence into and out of the office
Maintaining various registers and spreadsheets, including creating and maintaining e-filing and hard filing systems
Assist in preparing, formatting and collating reports and presentations
Manage meeting room bookings, room set up, attendance, catering, equipment
Reconciling and processing invoices
Communicating with subcontractors and suppliers regarding correspondence and outstanding items
Assisting in the month-end process
Coordinate site meetings, calendars, events, site tours/visits, documenting meeting minutes and other duties related to project management
Meet/greet and provide assistance to clients and visitors in a professional manner, including telephone and email enquiries
Ensure general housekeeping is maintained
