Our Senior Speech

Pathologist provides supervision that meets your needs – whether you prefer regular check-ins via text, daily support calls, or formal monthly sessions, we’ll work with what suits you. Our three Speech Pathologists are all mums of young children (with another on the way!). We get that you already have a full life — whether that’s raising a family, caring for others, or simply protecting your downtime — and we believe that paid work should always come with healthy boundaries. What we offer:

Adult caseload with focus on acquired, neurodegenerative and age-related conditions

Flexible days and hours

60% of billables plus superannuation for experienced clinician





Supervision and support from a Senior Speech Pathologist

No KPIs

Work within a 30-minute radius of Kotara Requirements:

Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (SPA CPSP)

ABN and appropriate insurances (Public Liability and Qualified Indemnity)

NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Check

Experience supporting adults with swallowing and/or communication difficulties

Person-centred, functional and quality-of-life approach to care

Ability to work collaboratively with families and external stakeholders such as OTs, dietitians, support coordinators and support workers

Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines and work to a high standard of evidence-based care

Current driver's licence and own vehicle Applications close 5:00pm Friday 11th September.
