We're recruiting on behalf of a confidential, highly regarded luxury travel specialist for two home-based, on-call After-Hours Travel Coordinator positions. These aren't full shifts ; they're genuine standby roles. When things run smoothly, your phone stays quiet. When they don't, you step in and solve it. MUST BE SYDNEY, SYDNEY BASIN OR NSW LOCATED

The Rosters Apply for either roster individually, or both combined. Roster 1 — approx. 46 hours on-call per week

- Thursday 5:30pm – Friday 9:00am
- Friday 5:30pm – Saturday 11:59pm

Roster 2 — approx. 48.5 hours on-call per week

- Sunday 12:00am – Monday 9:00am
- Monday 5:30pm – Tuesday 9:00am

What You'll Own

- Acting as the primary point of contact for travellers mid-itinerary once the office has closed
- Monitoring live flights, private charters and ground transfers, and resolving real-time disruptions ; missed connections, delays, cancellations
- Liaising directly with premium suppliers, luxury hotels and private guides to fix issues on the spot
- Delivering calm, empathetic, five-star service in line with a brand built on discretion and trust
- Escalating appropriately and handing over cleanly to the day team each morning

What You'll Bring

- Previous experience in travel industry operations ; essential
- Robust organisational skills and sound judgement under pressure
