About the Role
We are seeking a professional and experienced Compliance Coordinator to support quality assurance, governance, risk management and compliance across our aged care organisation. This role will lead the design, implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of quality and compliance systems, ensuring services are delivered in line with relevant legislation, industry standards and organisational requirements.
Working collaboratively with EPIS team members, you will provide practical guidance, strengthen governance processes and support a proactive approach to client safety, service quality and regulatory compliance.
About You
You will bring strong quality, compliance and governance experience, together with the ability to interpret complex regulatory information and translate it into clear, practical guidance. You will be confident working with a range of stakeholders, managing competing priorities and driving improvements that support positive resident outcomes.
To be successful, you will ideally have:
- A degree or postgraduate qualification in Quality Management, or a related discipline.
- At least five years’ experience in assurance, compliance, auditing or a related role, ideally within the aged care industry.
- Demonstrated experience conducting audits,
and supporting continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of aged care legislation and relevant compliance frameworks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports and present insights to senior stakeholders.
- Experience using risk management, reporting or process improvement systems and tools.
- Solid organisation, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
Essential Requirements
- National Police Clearance Certificate no older than six months.
- Current Western Australian C Class Driver’s Licence.
- Right to work in Australia.
