About Us

Situated in the vibrant suburb of Preston, RS Chase Lawyers is a growing and forward thinking law firm with expertise in insurance and property damage litigation. As the firm continues to grow, we are looking to strategically integrate artificial intelligence into our business to improve the quality, efficiency and growth of our practice.

We are seeking an experienced AI Consultant to work with RS Chase Lawyers to develop and implement a long term AI framework that will support the firm's ecosystem for years to come.

This is not simply a role focused on introducing individual AI tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping establish the framework, systems and foundations that will allow the firm to progressively adopt AI across its legal, administrative and operational functions.

The project will be implemented in stages, commencing with Stage 1 and progressing through further stages as the framework develops. As the project progresses, the AI Consultant will take responsibility for an increasing number of AI solutions and initiatives across the firm.

The Opportunity The initial focus of the role will be to understand the firm's current systems, processes and objectives and develop a practical AI framework that can evolve alongside the business.

The framework will be designed to:

- Improve the quality and consistency of work
- Increase efficiency and productivity
- Reduce repetitive and manual processes
- Support sustainable business growth
- Improve internal workflows and processes
- Identify opportunities for automation
- Create a scalable foundation for future AI adoption
- Ensure AI is implemented responsibly, securely and effectively

The successful candidate will work closely with management and staff to identify opportunities, establish priorities and progressively implement solutions that deliver measurable benefits to the firm. Staged Implementation The AI strategy will be implemented progressively, with each stage building upon the previous stage.

Stage 1 – Framework & Foundations The initial stage will focus on understanding the firm's existing ecosystem and establishing the framework required for long-term AI adoption.

This will include

- Reviewing existing systems, workflows and processes
- Identifying key areas where AI can improve quality, efficiency and growth
- Developing an AI roadmap and implementation strategy




- Establishing appropriate AI governance and best practice guidelines
- Identifying and prioritising initial AI solutions
- Establishing the foundations for future automation and AI integration

Stage 2 and Beyond – Implementation & Expansion Following the establishment of the framework, the role will progressively expand into the implementation and management of AI solutions across the firm.

This may include

- Implementing AI workflows and automation
- Introducing and integrating appropriate AI tools and technologies
- Developing AI solutions for legal and administrative processes
- Training staff and supporting the adoption of new systems
- Monitoring the effectiveness of implemented solutions
- Identifying further opportunities for improvement
- Managing and expanding the firm's AI ecosystem as technology develops

As the project progresses, the successful candidate will become responsible for an increasing number of AI solutions and initiatives across the business.

Skills and Experience

We are seeking an experienced AI Consultant who can think strategically while also being capable of turning strategy into practical, measurable outcomes.

To be considered for this position, you will possess:

- Demonstrated experience working as an AI Consultant or in a comparable AI strategy and implementation role
- Solid understanding of current AI technologies, automation and emerging AI capabilities
- Experience developing AI strategies, frameworks or systems for businesses
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for AI implementation and prioritise them according to business value
- Experience implementing AI solutions and workflows
- Strong understanding of process improvement and automation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- The ability to communicate complex technology clearly to non-technical staff
- Experience training and supporting teams through the adoption of new technology
- Strong understanding of privacy, confidentiality,



security and responsible AI implementation
- The ability to work autonomously while working closely with management and staff
- A strategic, commercial and practical approach to technology

Experience working within a legal or professional services environment will be highly regarded. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who can understand the bigger picture, build the right foundations and create an AI ecosystem that can continue to evolve with the firm.
