Role Description This part time remote AI Engineer role at Círculo Creativo del Perú focuses on designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions that support creative and digital initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and evaluating machine learning models, implementing neural network architectures, and applying pattern recognition techniques to real-world datasets. The AI Engineer will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate AI components into software products, optimize model performance, and ensure scalability and reliability of AI services.

The role also involves working with natural language processing (NLP) tools, conducting experiments, documenting technical workflows, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders regarding project progress and results.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including algorithms, data structures, and version control practices.





Proficiency in Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, with experience designing, training, and evaluating machine learning models.

Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and frameworks for text analysis, language understanding, and generation.

Experience with programming languages commonly used in AI (such as Python), and familiarity with ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time schedules, and collaborate effectively with creative and technical teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical, inclusive, and responsible AI practices.
