We're partnering with an organisation that is investing heavily in its AI capability and is looking for an experienced AI Engineer / Data Scientist to help design, build and deploy intelligent solutions that create measurable business impact. You'll join a collaborative team working across AI, Machine Learning and advanced analytics, delivering projects from initial discovery through to production deployment. This is a hands-on role where you'll work alongside technology, product and business teams to develop creative AI solutions, while having genuine ownership over the end-to-end delivery of projects.

What you'll be working on

- Designing and deploying Machine Learning and AI solutions into production environments.
- Building Generative AI and agentic AI solutions to automate workflows and improve business processes.
- Applying statistical modelling and advanced analytics to solve complex commercial challenges.
- Working closely with product managers, technology teams and business stakeholders to identify opportunities and translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Delivering projects from discovery, experimentation and model development through to deployment, monitoring and continuous optimisation.




- Contributing to the growth of the organisation's AI capability and helping shape best practices across Machine Learning and Generative AI.

What we're looking for

- 4+ years' experience as a Data Scientist, AI Engineer or Machine Learning Engineer.
- Strong commercial experience developing and deploying Machine Learning solutions.
- Solid understanding of statistics, mathematics and predictive modelling techniques.
- Experience working with Generative AI, LLMs or agentic AI frameworks is highly regarded.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience working with modern data science libraries.
- Experience working within cloud environments (Azure preferred, although AWS or GCP experience will also be considered).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating within agile product and technology teams.
