AI Engineering Lead - Sydney The role is working with one of Australia's most recognisable businesses and a true market leader. Working as part of an AI centre of excellence, this role is more than creating POC's - this is taking software to production, at scale.

Some of the key initiatives the team are currently working on include:

- Redesigning corporate AI workflows
- Embedding agents across the business

- AI self service for customers

You'll work on AI production grade systems and be a key contributor to transforming the business through the implementation of key AI focused products.

Leading a team of 5 highly skilled AI Engineers, you'll remain hands-on whilst providing mentoring, guidance and support.
