We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as an AN-ACC Coordinator on a full-time, six-month fixed-term contract.

About The Role Based at Sundale’s Support Office in Nambour, the AN-ACC Coordinator RN works closely with the AN-ACC Manager and site-based teams to support accurate assessments, clinical documentation, compliance and funding outcomes. The position includes travel to Sundale sites to conduct clinical reviews, support AN-ACC Assessor visits and provide education and guidance to clinical and care teams. What You’ll Do Review residents to identify opportunities for AN-ACC reassessment Support accurate assessments, care plans, progress notes and clinical documentation Attend and support scheduled AN-ACC Assessor visits Provide AN-ACC education,
coaching and guidance to clinical and care teams Monitor clinical review data, funding projections and assessment outcomes Prepare reports and provide insights to support decision-making Conduct Means of Assessment audits across residential aged care and in-home care services Identify documentation gaps, compliance risks and improvement opportunities Support continuous improvement in assessment accuracy and funding outcomes Required Qualifications Or Certificates Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA At least 12 months’ experience as a Registered Nurse Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience with AN-ACC Residential aged care experience Knowledge of clinical assessments, care planning and documentation requirements Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills Ability to educate, coach and build effective relationships with site-based teams Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Current Australian driver’s licence and ability to travel to Sundale sites Sundale Values Its Team Members and Provides a Comprehensive Range of Benefits Above‑award wage rate Additional 0.5% superannuation: above the Superannuation Guarantee Salary Packaging:
