We seek a hardworking, reliable Apprentice Security Technician to join our Gippsland team.

We specialise in installing security systems (CCTV, Alarms, Access Control, and intercoms). Our projects range from office fit-outs to some of Gippsland's iconic landmarks and infrastructure.

Our office is based in Traralgon, and most of our work is based in Latrobe Valley, but further travel will be required throughout the employment.

The main things you would be required to do:

- Installation of CCTV, Alarms, Access Control & Intercom Systems

- Maintenance of CCTV, Alarms, Access Control & Intercom Systems

- Dealing with client enquiries & client relationships

- Training clients on the usage of their systems and providing ongoing support

- Program electronic systems via keypads or computers using software

- Configuring networking equipment

- Technical support and troubleshooting of electronic systems

To be successful in this role, you must:

- Have a current, valid driver's licence

- Have an interest in electronic security

- Be able to work inside roof spaces, under houses & in confined spaces

- Be able to follow precise instructions & processes

- Be honest and reliable

- Be keen, Self-motivated and willing to learn

- Be ready to obtain the required licenses

- With a keen eye for detail,



neat & tidy installations are a must.

- Previous client-facing experience preferred

Successful candidates must begin employment with a police check, which must be obtained every 12 months as part of ongoing employment.
