Vitality Support Care is currently seeking compassionate and reliable Arabic-speaking Support Workers to join our growing team and support NDIS participants across the above locations.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to participants in their homes and within the community. Your role will focus on promoting independence, social participation, and improving quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting with daily living activities
- Community access and social support
- Transport to appointments and activities
- Supporting participants to achieve their goals
- Maintaining accurate progress notes and documentation

Essential Requirements

- Fluent in Arabic and English




- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Current Police Check
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- Right to work in Australia
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
