Architectural & Design Representative

You're the face of two premium brands in your territory, trusted enough that your product is what gets written into the spec.

This role is about making sure architects and designers choose Signorino and Woodcut before a project supplier list is even finalised.

You'll take on some established accounts from day one, with scope to build new business across a CBD and Surry Hills, and room to grow further.

About UsSignorino and Woodcut are both family businesses passed down through the generations, Signorino for more than fifty years & Woodcut from our director's grandfather, a timber merchant. Today we supply premium natural stone, terrazzo and porcelain surfaces alongside engineered European oak flooring, specified on many of Australia's most design-led projects.

The Role

You'll manage and grow an account list across residential and commercial sectors, and day to day this looks like:

- Growing an active account list, with targets met and exceeded
- Getting products specified into tender documents at design phase, and defending it through to close
- Building long term relationships with architects, designers, builders, developers, trades and homeowners through studio visits, presentations and showroom appointments
- Generating new leads and recent business proactively across the territory
- Coordinating sales from spec through to delivery alongside operations and support
- Keeping Zoho CRM current and accurate, tracking the pipeline from first engagement through to closed sale
- Representing our brands at A&D; events and industry functions

Who We're Looking For You've got a sales track record that speaks for itself, and relationship building that comes naturally to you.





- Track record building a pipeline and closing without losing the relationship
- Relationship building that earns trust in the A&D; community and beyond
- Clear, confident communication from designer briefings to builders and trades
- Commercially astute, manages a portfolio with discipline
- Sees CRM as a genuine business tool, not a reporting chore

And the non-negotiables - at least two years in a sales or client facing role, real experience using CRM as part of how you work, and a genuine willingness to build product knowledge where it isn't already there.
