We’ve got plenty of work on the go across maintenance, reactive call-outs, property managers, strata, shopping centres and commercial projects and we need another solid tradesman to help us keep up.

Here’s what we need from you:
- CPC32413 - Certificate III in Plumbing
- Plumbing & Drainage Occupational Licence
- Gas licence and experience preferred but not essential
- Backflow and TMV experience and license preferred but not essential
- Current Driver Licence (minimum of Provisional)




- General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Must be self-motivated with a positive attitude, able to work unsupervised, run your own jobs, able to send invoices and prepare information for quotes and train apprentices
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Experience in maintenance plumbing, reactive works and commercial jobs
- Ability to diagnose issues and come up with practical solutions on site
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, tenants, property managers, builders and office staff
- Ability to complete clear job notes, photos, material lists and follow-up information for the office
- Valuable understanding of maintenance quoting, variations and identifying additional required works
- Ability to work efficiently, stay organised and manage your day without constant supervision
- Takes ownership of jobs from start to finish and follows things through properly
- Honest and trustworthy
- Take pride in your work and go the extra mile to make sure the job is top-notch
- Presents well, speaks well and understands that customer service is a big part of this role
- Must be reliable, punctual and ready to be part of a team that backs each other up

This role will involve a mix of:
- general plumbing maintenance
- reactive call-outs
- blocked drains
- leak investigations
- hot water system repairs and replacements
- gas maintenance and fault finding
- Commercial maintenance works
- property manager and strata jobs
- occasional project and fit-off works where required
