The opportunity An opportunity has arisen for an Asset Management Administrator to join our friendly close-knit team, to support our Asset Managers and ensure their portfolio of properties runs seamlessly. We are looking for someone who is pro-active, highly organised, detail-focused and passionate about providing a high level of admin support to our Asset Management team.

Duties include

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Asset Managers across a diverse commercial and industrial property portfolio.
- Respond to tenant and client enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain task lists, calendars and follow-ups to ensure important portfolio deadlines are met.
- Assist with accounts administration, including invoices, outgoings, reconciliations and other financial tasks.
- Liaise with tenants, owners and contractors as required.
- Assist with lease administration, including lease reviews, expiries, options, rent reviews and other key dates.
- Assist with vacating tenants and new property/lease onboarding.




- Coordinate and follow up maintenance requests and liaise with tenants, contractors and Asset Managers as required.
- Provide general administrative support to the Asset Management team and assist with process improvement where required.

About You You are organised, proactive and thrive in a busy environment where attention to detail matters. You take ownership of your work, are confident communicating with people and enjoy working as part of a team. Most importantly, you are a reliable team player with a positive attitude and a outstanding sense of humour.

Experience in commercial property management, real estate administration, accounts or a similar role will be highly regarded.

Experience with Cirrus8, Cirrus FM or other property management systems is advantageous, but not essential.
