This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader who is motivated to deliver outstanding student experiences, developing and influencing high-performing teams, and supporting the day-to-day operations of a vibrant campus environment. Working closely with the Campus Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring students receive exceptional academic, administrative, and wellbeing support, while contributing to a positive and engaging campus culture.
You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across the business, drive student engagement initiatives, and help create an environment where students can thrive.

Responsibilities Take an active leadership role in the day-to-day management of campus operations, ensuring a seamless experience for students, staff and other stakeholders.
Work closely with the Campus Manager to recruit, onboard, develop, and support student-facing staff, fostering a collaborative, accountable and high-performing campus culture. Lead student engagement initiatives, events, and activities that foster connection and community. Coordinate and deliver key events,
including Orientation and Graduation on both a local and national scale, enabling a consistent student experience across six campuses.
Drive student satisfaction, retention, and wellbeing outcomes, through proactive support and intervention. Oversee the Student Ambassador Program, including recruitment, engagement, and development of student leaders and volunteers.
Identify opportunities to improve campus processes and the student experience, taking a proactive and solutions-focused approach to emerging issues. Act as an escalation point for student, staff, and operational matters. Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while maintaining a safe and positive campus environment.
Requirements Minimum two years' leadership or management experience in a customer-focused environment.
Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and engage teams. Demonstrated initiative, sound judgement and a solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to make decisions and escalate appropriately.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality customer or student experiences.
Experience within the education, training, or international education sector will be highly regarded.
