The Opportunity
We are seeking an Assistant Director / Educational Leader to join the team in a permanent full‑time role or a minimum of 30 hours per week. This position offers genuine scope to step into a future Director role.
You’ll lead across both the early learning and OSHC program consisting of about 50 children in total. You’ll work closely with the owner and Nominated Supervisor and will play a key role in driving quality, compliance, and occupancy growth.

To be considered, you will:
- Hold an ACECQA‑approved Diploma or ECT qualification
- Bring strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and compliance requirements
- Have experience in capacity building, occupancy growth, A&R;, QIPs, and risk assessments
- Communicate confidently and work effectively within a team
- Build warm, lasting relationships with children and families
- Be comfortable taking on Educational Leader responsibilities
You will also need (or be willing to obtain):
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current CPR and First Aid
- RRHAN Child Protection Training and national child safety training
