About the Role
- Respond to tenant and landlord enquiries via email, phone or face-to-face
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Build and maintain strong relationships
- Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and routine property inspections
- Prepare detailed condition reports and follow up on inspection outcomes
- Organise and conduct open homes and inspections for prospective tenants
- Process tenant applications and reference checks
- Draft and execute tenancy agreements, manage lease renewals and conduct rent reviews
- Process bonds and bond refunds
- Coordinate and oversee repairs to ensure properties remain in good condition
- Day-to-day administration tasks including data entry, filing and general correspondence
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property and tenant information
- Manage property advertising and on-line listings
- Provide support to Property Manager
What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 6 - 12 months experience as an Assistant Property Manager
- Current Property Management Registration
- Current drivers license and reliable vehicle
- Strong administration skills
- Proven customer service expertise
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Honest, reliable and respectful
- A proven ability to build and manage relationships
- Adaptability and a calm demeanour under pressure
- A passion for delivering exceptional client service
