Atom Resources is currently supporting a growing contractor delivering technically complex projects for blue-chip clients across Australia.

They currently have an opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor based in Perth, working across projects including data centres , advanced manufacturing facilities, logistics and distribution facilities, and other technically challenging industrial developments.

This role will suit a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor with a background in Commercial/Industrial builds – looking to progress into Data Centres and other complex industrial buildings.

Key Responsibilities

- Cost planning, measurement and estimating.
- Support procurement and subcontract administration activities.
- Assist with variations, valuations and commercial reporting.
- Work closely with project delivery and commercial teams.
- Contribute to forecasting, cost control and financial management across projects.

About You

- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying.




- 2-5+ years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role.
- Robust commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Experience across building, industrial, infrastructure or complex construction projects.
- Experience with cost management, procurement and contract administration principles.
- Experience using COINS will be highly regarded.
