Lead the evening service from the front — setting the tone, managing the pace, and ensuring every guest leaves wanting to come back

Create exceptional guest experiences through warm, polished service that feels effortless even when it isn't

Support and deputise for the Restaurant Manager across evening shifts, taking full ownership of floor operations

Lead and develop a diverse team, fostering a culture that prioritises guest satisfaction, a proactive mindset and genuine hospitality

Drive departmental performance through effective revenue strategies, upselling and meticulous financial controls

Build a positive, engaging and results-oriented workplace that promotes learning, growth and mutual respect

Coach, mentor and develop future leaders within the team The Requirements Proven experience in a senior floor leadership role within a high-volume,



quality-driven restaurant or bar environment

Strong evening and late-night hospitality experience — you understand the rhythm of a dinner and drinks service and how to lead through it

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure

Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a genuine passion for developing and motivating staff

Availability to work evening shifts, weekends and public holidays — this role is built around the evening operation
