We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced retail leader to join our Chadstone store as an Assistant Store Manager!

As part of the Current Balance team, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in leading and coaching the team to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. Your responsibilities include:

- Delivering exceptional, personalised customer service to every customer, fostering authentic and meaningful connections.
- Supporting the Store Manager in driving daily store operations and achieving sales targets
- Driving sales through consultative selling, understanding each customer’s needs and matching them with the right product
- Provide support and guidance to Sales Associates to ensure they contribute to the success of the store
- Confidently sharing product knowledge across performance footwear and lifestyle apparel
- Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards,



ensuring the store reflects the quality and heritage of the brand
- Supporting stock operations including delivery processing, replenishment, and stockroom organisation
- Support the store to operate efficiently, in compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Desire to challenge yourself to achieve individual and company objectives

To be successful you will have:

- Previous experience in a customer-focused retail environment (highly regarded)
- Confidence in consultative selling and sharing detailed product knowledge
- A polished and professional presentation with excellent communication skills
- An appreciation for quality product, craftsmanship, and performance innovation
- Energetic and positive can-do attitude
- A keen interest in retail, fashion and sporting trends
