About Impacta

Impacta Commercial Advocates is a boutique commercial property advisory firm representing buyers, tenants and vendors.

We’re deliberately small, independent and progressive. We work nationally across industrial and logistics, mixed-use, retail, education, health and community property, with a focus on decisions that have a long-term impact on our clients’ businesses.

We’re not building a traditional agency. We’re building an advisory business where good ideas are encouraged, initiative is expected and the people doing the work have a genuine say in how the business evolves.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role working directly with clients and live transactions from day one.

You’ll be involved across the full advisory process, market search, due diligence, negotiation and settlement while developing your own relationships and referral network.

We’re looking for someone who is curious, commercially minded, proactive and comfortable taking ownership. Someone who wants to understand the detail, challenge assumptions and make a well-considered recommendation rather than simply follow a process.

You’ll need to be comfortable telling a client when something doesn’t stack up, raising problems early and taking responsibility for getting things done.

Your background may be in commercial property, agency, valuation, property management, finance or law. What matters more is your judgement,



values, work ethic and ability to apply your experience in an advisory environment.
