At The Property Baron, we're looking for an ambitious professional who is passionate about property, genuinely enjoys helping people and wants to build a long-term career as a buyers agent. You don't need previous buyers agency experience.

What you do need is professional experience, confidence dealing with people, a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to learn.

You'll work closely alongside Jason Baron and our experienced team, gaining hands-on experience across the entire property buying process while developing the skills and judgement required to become an exceptional buyer's agent.

A note from Jason

Thanks for taking the time to read about the role. I'm looking for our next Associate Buyers Agent/Property Advisor, someone who can work closely alongside me and the rest of our team, contribute from day one and over time, develop into an exceptional buyer's agent in their own right.

I'm not necessarily looking for someone who has worked in a buyers agency before.

I'm much more interested in who you are as a person.

I want someone who loves property, enjoys dealing with people, is naturally curious and takes pride in doing things properly. You need to be confident enough to deal with clients and experienced industry professionals, but also open-minded enough to listen, learn and continually improve.

This won't be a role where you're sitting on the sidelines watching. You'll be involved in the day-to-day business, working with our clients, inspecting properties, speaking with agents and other professionals, conducting research and due diligence, and learning why we make the decisions we do.

There will be plenty to learn and we'll expect a lot from you. But you'll also have plenty of support from me and the wider team.

For the right person, This could be the start of a really rewarding career.

The Property Baron is an independent buyers agency helping people purchase property across Noosa, the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, the Gold Coast and parts of NSW. We work with a broad range of clients, from families purchasing their next home through to successful business owners and professionals making significant property decisions.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work closely with Jason and the wider team across all aspects of the buying process, including:

- Researching properties and analysing opportunities
- Attending property inspections




- Conducting due diligence and preparing property assessments
- Communicating with clients throughout their property search
- Building and maintaining relationships with selling agents
- Working with mortgage brokers, solicitors and other industry professionals
- Assisting with property strategy and negotiations
- Managing the detail required to take a purchase from search through to settlement
- Continually developing your knowledge of property, markets and buyer's advocacy

You'll be expected to take ownership of your responsibilities and become someone the team, our clients and our industry partners can rely on. Over time, you'll develop into a trusted buyers agent with your own clients while continuing to be supported by our team.

Where that ultimately leads will depend on you. For the right person, there is plenty of opportunity to build a significant long-term career within The Property Baron.

This isn't an entry-level position, despite the fact that previous buyers agency experience isn't required. We're looking for someone who already brings professional maturity, confidence and experience to the role. We'll teach you buyers advocacy.
