Associate, Corporate Development We are partnering with a leading financial services institution to hire an Associate within its Corporate Development & Strategy function.

This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing in-house team responsible for end-to-end execution of M&A;, divestments, and strategic investments, working directly with senior stakeholders across the business.

You will play a key role in evaluating and executing high-impact, enterprise-level transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and lead end-to-end M&A; and divestment processes, including financial analysis, due diligence, and execution
- Build and own complex financial models to evaluate transactions, including:
- Integrated 3-statement models

- DCF and valuation analysis

- Accretion/dilution and return metrics
- Conduct strategic and commercial analysis to inform investment decisions
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders across finance, strategy, and business units
- Prepare investment papers and materials for executive and board-level decision-making
- Evaluate market opportunities, partnerships, and inorganic growth initiatives

Candidate Profile We are seeking high-calibre candidates with strong modelling and transaction experience.

Required Background

- 3-5 years’ experience in:
- Investment Banking (M&A; / Coverage / Leveraged Finance), or
- Big 4 Transaction Services / Deals, or




- Corporate Development within a large organisation
- Demonstrated experience working on live transactions and financial modelling

Technical Skills
- Advanced financial modelling capability (essential)

- Strong understanding of
- Valuation methodologies (DCF, comps, transactions)
- M&A; mechanics and deal structuring
- Ability to build models from first principles with minimal supervision

- Ability to operate in a high-autonomy, high-accountability environment
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
