Associate – Real Estate Private Credit A growing private credit fund is looking to appoint an Associate to join its team in Sydney. Working closely with the founders, you will be involved across the full credit lifecycle, with a particular focus on real estate lending and investment analysis.

Key responsibilities will include

- Assessing new real estate lending opportunities across a range of asset classes

- Undertaking detailed credit and financial analysis of borrowers, sponsors and transactions

- Reviewing financial models, cash flows, valuations and property-level performance

- Assessing transaction structures, leverage, debt service capacity and downside scenarios

- Preparing detailed credit papers and investment submissions for consideration by the Investment Committee

- Conducting due diligence across property, borrower and transaction risks





- Monitoring existing investments and assisting with portfolio management

The successful candidate will have:

- 1–4 years' experience in real estate credit or non-bank lending

- Strong financial analysis and modelling skills

- Experience analysing property transactions, borrowers and sponsors
- The ability to independently prepare high-quality credit papers

- Strong understanding of real estate debt structures, leverage and risk

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A commercial mindset and the ability to form a clear investment view

- Robust attention to detail and the ability to work in a high-performing investment environment
