In this Associate SB Onboarding role you will:

- Support the onboarding of customers, a must win battle for NAB.
- Complete the onboarding and managing of customers who have applied through nab.com.au
- Proactively resolving queries at the first point of contact and ensuring every touchpoint adds value
- Embrace change early, recognising its potential to improve processes and deliver better outcomes for both the business and our customers
- Contribute to team performance by managing shared workflows, maintaining service levels, and supporting portfolio activity during banker absences

What You'll Bring

- Banking/financial services experience
- Understanding of onboarding end to end process and workflow and management.
- Experience with risk and compliance obligations.
- Strong customer service skills




- Excellent written and communication skills
- Proactive attitude
