Position Title: Auto Mechanic / Heavy Commercial Mechanic

Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia

Employment Type: Full time

Salary: Up to $80,000-$90,000 AUD per annum (approx. ₹50 Lakhs INR) + 12% Superannuation + Overtime

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Auto Mechanic to conduct diagnostics, servicing, and mechanical repairs across our service workshop in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine logbook servicing, engine tuning, brake overhauls, suspension repairs, and transmission servicing.

- Utilize modern computer diagnostic scan tools to identify mechanical and electrical system faults.

- Rebuild and replace worn or defective engine components, gearboxes, and fuel systems.

- Road-test vehicles to verify completed work and prepare roadworthy inspection reports.

- Experience:



Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced mechanical workshop.

- Qualifications: Trade Certificate in Automotive Mechanical Technology (Light or Heavy Vehicle).

- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across modern vehicle systems.
