Role Summary The AWS DevOps Engineer will build and manage the cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, automation, monitoring, and operational processes required to support the Client's modernized applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
- Develop automated CI/CD pipelines for .NET Core applications and microservices.
- Support container deployment and orchestration through Amazon ECS.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, testing, deployment, and rollback procedures.
- Configure logging, monitoring, alerting, and operational dashboards.
- Manage secrets, access controls, environment configurations, and security policies.
- Support hybrid integration between AWS and the current colocation/VMware environment.
- Assist with the transition from Octopus Deploy to modern AWS deployment practices.
- Implement backup, recovery, resiliency, and disaster-recovery procedures.
- Monitor cloud performance, availability, security, and cost.
- Troubleshoot deployment and production-workplace issues.
- Document operational procedures and support production-readiness reviews.
