About this opportunity:





Our Torrensville store is currently looking for a motivated and hard-working leader, to join and help lead the store's bakery department.

Reporting directly to the Bakery Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes + much more!

Flexibility between permanent full-time and permanent part-time hours, depending on the successful applicants preference.

In addition to this role, we have other Bakery positions across our stores!

Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

- Fresh food retail knowledge is preferred, but not essential

- Ability to lead and manage a team

- Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach

- Unparalleled commitment to customer service

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to liaise with both team members and management
- A flair for merchandising

- Solid leadership and delegation skills

- Commitment to work health and safety standard
