At Prestige Premix Concrete, we supply customers across Melbourne’s South East from our two local premix plants. We are looking for someone with solid premix sales experience to help us grow our business.
The right person will know the local concrete market, understand how a premix operation works and have industry relationships they can build on. This is primarily a new business role, with some responsibility for managing and growing existing customer accounts.
You will spend time meeting customers and visiting sites, while working closely with our plants to make sure pricing, product availability, scheduling and delivery commitments are realistic.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building relationships with concreters, builders, contractors and developers.
- Identifying recent customers, projects and upcoming concrete pours.
- Managing and growing existing customer accounts.
- Preparing pricing, quotes, tenders and supply agreements.
- Working with customers to understand mix, volume and delivery requirements.
- Coordinating with the plant and allocations teams around capacity and scheduling.
- Managing sales volumes and margins.
- Keeping across market demand and competitor activity.
- Helping resolve product,
delivery or service issues when they arise.
What we're looking for:
Previous sales, account management or business development experience in the premixed concrete industry is essential.
You will also have
- Strong knowledge of premix concrete products and applications.
- A practical understanding of batching, plant capacity and concrete delivery.
- Established relationships within Melbourne’s concrete and construction industry.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- The ability to win new work while building long-term customer relationships.
- A current Australian driver’s licence.

- Salary of $100,000–$120,000 plus super, depending on experience.
